Good Morning! Well, it turns out that Lucas really wanted to go to the hockey game so I went to my parents' with Claire & Nathan so we could help them get their tree set up. Hey buddies, I'm OP today & doing well. I hope you all are reading and just busy with the hustle and bustle of the holiday's. I won't be around this weekend much. We're traveling (just 3 hours each way by car) to an extended family party. I won't have any menu control but my plan is to avoid desserts, make one trip through the buffet, eat as healthy as possible, and NOT go back for seconds! See you buddies soon!

Evening all! Today was a Commando day! No temptations to shoot down, but I stayed the course anyway Worked later than normal, still got my workout in, ran a few quick errands and still had time to come home and grade some papers! Got my meals planned tomorrow except for dinner. Not sure if I'll have time to stop at home to grab something or not... May just have to go the microwave route.
