I also like AshKK's suggestion.
I think Asset LOCATION would be a good topic. Perhaps the post could start off with Taylor's basic guideline for tax location (
with his permission), followed by a few articles that explains it in more detail? I would think this would be good for newbies.

I expanded the
REIT page today. Please review and comment on changes.
As for the requirement of dividend payout, I found one reference that said 95% and one that said 90% so I am not sure what the right number is (or if it matters).
