Hey, i have the exact same thing. Mine is also mild and therfore didnt warrant surgery. I used to be extremely concerned with it especially after High school once i was done with football. I eventually just decided i was going to work really hard to make my body look so good that my chest was the last thing anyone would notice. Just work hard and get shredded man.
