I was able to get through this workout very well with no wear and tear on my serratus. It's still a little sore, but not real bad anymore. Actually, this was a great training day!!! Since I keep racking and can no longer add weight to the stack on cable upright rows, I'm now doing them with the barbell again. -Did some morning cardio on an empty stomach, ~30 mins, not that bad. Will prob do another cardio session later today (I am pretty fat for 180.) On to the workout...
(wasn't at my usual gym, some of the equipment was weird)
Bench press: Went up to 185x1; I know I can get 2-3 reps but I was already tired from the 5-6 previous sets, the bench was weird, didn't trust my spotter, etc.. ...

Shoulders:
Barbell Press: 30kgx10, 40kgx6, 60kgx6, 60kgx7, 50kgx6
Machine Shoulder Press: 52.5kgx10, 60kgx8, 60kgx8, 52.5kgx8
Lateral Raises: 15kgx10 (drop set with 10kgx10) 4 sets
Bent Over Lateral Raises: 10kgx10, 4 sets
Rear Delt Machine: 40kgx10, 4 sets
Barbell Shrugs: 100kg, 4 sets till failure
DB Shrugs: 30kg till failure
Will be needing some straps for them shrugs, ...

For squats:
275 to the ground for reps is some serious weight. Yeh some people can do quarter squats with that weight with ease but what's the point? They are only kidding themselves. Maximal stimulation=Maximal Growth! Good way to smash those quads.
For Walking lunges:
Glad you had a buddy push you with these ****ers. They are a bitch. Good to see you left it all out there. I hate...
