-Did some morning cardio on an empty stomach, ~30 mins, not that bad. Will prob do another cardio session later today (I am pretty fat for 180.) On to the workout... (wasn't at my usual gym, some of the equipment was weird) Bench press: Went up to 185x1; I know I can get 2-3 reps but I was already tired from the 5-6 previous sets, the bench was weird, didn't trust my spotter, etc.. ...

For squats: 275 to the ground for reps is some serious weight. Yeh some people can do quarter squats with that weight with ease but what's the point? They are only kidding themselves.
