you might be able to find something a little more manageable here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=115643271 it seems like you're not going to get all that stuff done in under 40-60 mins (weights) and if you're a beginner, i don't think it's necessary to split all your body parts out individually without building some individual strength first. focus on big compound movements and adding weight. you're going...

I had a woman come up to me today and ask me how to do crunches on the swiss ball. I think it was because when she went by me earlier i gave her that "Hey" smile while doing biceps. I guess it helps to look approachable. haven't seen the other woman yet.

Hey, I checked out the website and they look pretty decent, although I don't think I could live without the sauna! Plus the fact that I'd have to drive for 2 hours since there isn't one in Newcastle!

Am I getting enough rest now?
Published (2009-11-06 05:43:00)
I'm not an expert, but here's an article regarding overtraining. I know when I get in a good weight training workout and really push myself hard with heavier weights I can still be sore for a couple of days afterwards. For me when that happens I still do cardio even if I'm sore, but if the soreness doesn't go away and it turns to ackiness then I stop the cardio and rest. If the next day that body part hurts, not sore, but...

Fasted morning workouts

I don't eat before I train in early in the morning. A lot of people disagree on this subject and many do eat a preworkout meal, but like you, I cannot stomach food immediately before a workout in the morning. I don't like burping up food while working out..eww!

Bruising?
Published (2009-11-08 10:43:00)
My brothers and I used to get these when playing sports, our doctor told us to take 1 or 2 multi-vitamins a day, he said many times bruises were a sign of a vitamin deficiency. sure enough, we stopped getting them unless we got our butts kicked in a game or whatever.

Hmm I have a couple around my knees right now but idk if they came from lifting or not. I play rough, so I'm never sure where my bruises come from. Anyway, I'm gonna keep an eye on them and on this thread.

First, you can definetely have abs at 18....i do! (maybe not a lot now, cuz i have been bulking for quite a time!lol)
Second, cheat days are bad, look to have 1 ( or 2 in the beginning) cheat meal instead!
Third, i takes a lot of work, dedications, discipline and TIME(its not gonna happen overnight!), but it is realistic!
to get your abs cut, you gotta do cardio(HIIT is awesome) to go ...

What about supersets? I had sort of peaked here at one point... Then I superset 2x/week. And mixed up exercises 1x/week to do as heavy as I could (say with the e- z bar curl).

You will get this same answer from any CPT.
It Depends on your goals and what you are trying to accomplish as to how many sets, reps, and exercises you will do for each muscle group. There is no "generic" structure for any workout, it depends upon what you are wanting to accomplish.

I'd introduce yourself to her and just let her know that if she had any questions or need help, to ask.
I always hope that if I'm doing something wrong in the gym that someone would come to me and tell me. Especially if I'm lifting wrong.

I did the gym thing for most of my life and just recently decided to build my own home gym. We went onto craigslist and found a used powerrack with a set of plates for $400. Again i don't know what your budget would be but for us it worked out well since we each pay $35 monthly for gym memberships (works out to be $840 a year). If you are just starting, a barbell with 2 45lbs plates, some ...

Good job! Wish I could do full body I'm still on 50 lbs assist on those. I can do them off the side of a bench with my legs straight out in front of me but on the floor and those are fairly easy but wouldn't a true body weight off the bench mean you would need your feet up on a bench too and not just on the floor?
