Fat burner - from USA

I realize all that, I just want to give one a try and see if it jump starts that last stubborn few pounds I need. I'm trying to decide between BSN atrophex or LIPO6 hers? I've read good reviews on here about both --- anyone with a a little more direction is much appreciated! Thanks

Creatine
Published (2009-11-19 08:17:00)
Thank you so much ladies! I believe that I am taking less than what is recommended dose. I wanted to start off slowly. I drink a decent amount of water but probably not enough. I will try increasing the amount and probably switch brands. I was using my boyfriends. Hopefully that will help. I appreciate the input. Does anyone participate in any competitions?

CL Glycergrow?
Published (2009-11-22 17:44:00)
Finally bought Glycergrow yesterday and used it for today's workout. Wow is all i can say...the pumps were insane indeed! I also noticed that I didn't fatigue as easily while lifting and my muscles looked fuller than ever. Seeing myself in the mirror made me want to keep lifting, but I had to leave eventually! I highly recommend this stuff! Thanks CL

surgery and stopping supplements

Talk to your doctor. Neither should interfere with surgery and creatine is used medicinally after some major surgeries. Not to mention both are in whole food sources and neither affect blood thinning/clotting Either way, just do as the doctor recommends.

Cranberry Juice Extract Side...
Published (2009-11-25 05:22:00)
I have been supplementing with both cranberry juice and the AZO capsules to prevent what I thought may have been a UTI from too much working out. Though the juice/AZO seems to have helped in that department, I now have a stomach ache and stomach upset. Is this a side effect of taking too much? I was drinking several glasses of the low calorie stuff plus about 1800mg of the AZO per day.

Yeah, juice extract still has all of the acids that can mess up a tummy. Do you take them with food to help?
I'd try to address why working out would contribute to a UTI. If you're drinking lots of water and hitting the bathroom before and after workouts, that should greatly help. Wearing thongs during workouts can "supposedly" cause issues. You may need cotton underwear, or go commando and ...

Yes, I have used it. I use it when I'm cycling off stims (my White Flood preworkout). I think it helps cut that dramatic feeling of workouts without stims/NO. It lasts forever too because you can cycle it.

Unfortunately, yes with lots of creatines. Make sure you are getting a min. of 1 gallon water. If you choose to stick with creatine, next time you might want to try something like Green Mag. It's the only creatine product that I didn't bloat with.
