Should been back day. Ran out of time. Again. Fail. Took a scoop of MethylMass preWO. Did 10 easy minutes on the elliptical, did 1 mile at top speed (8:29) and 7 minutes to cool down. I think, if I can get my time management dialed in to do that following each workout, I'll be pretty happy with the results. So tmrw will be an upper body day. Everything above the waist. And deads. first workout on masterdrol was last night... i tried letting the tablets disolve in my mouth as directions state... good luck with that, i had them in my mouth for almost an hour at work with no luck on them disolving all the way, i decided to just chew them until they disolve and swallow.
its got an aftertaste that kinda sticks around for a while.. it reminds me of a less potent anadraulic ...

The night before I got a solid 7-hours of sleep. My diet was on-point today and I met my macro goals before my workout. I also stuck in a 20-min nap after I took the A-M, which brings me to my next question... is it ok to take A-M, then take a quick nap?

Took Plasmatic about 75 minutes preWO. MethylMass 30 minutes pre.
I felt fantastic as I got to the gym. Really energized and ready to tear shyt up.
Cardio warm up:
10 minutes on the eliptical, with 3 30second intervals.
FlatDB bench:
warm up sets: 65lb DBs- 2 sets of 10.
working sets: 80 x 8, 95 x 5.
Incline BB bench:
135 x 8, 155 x 8, 175 x 6 (failure)...
