I originally scheduled today for core training but wasn't feeling too great today for it. If it feels like indigestion, it must be indigestion! I've had headaches all day, haven't been able to eat properly, sleep was horrible and I couldn't really relax. Day 11-12-13 Had such an amazing weekend! Spent all weekend with the girl, and we were outside and enjoying the beautiful 65 degree sunny weather (in mid november, in cleveland! ) and just a great weekend that i realllllly needed. School, training, and work all get to me and i feel so much better after a nice two sabbatical. I wont be listing all my meals and whatnot bc they were just normal, healthy meals, and i dont remember the portions,...

My first question is regarding to setting up my diet plan. I received the email that stated:
Diet:
500-1000 kCals over maintenance, per day. High protein, medium carb, and moderate fat- but this can actually be used with a cutting cycle as well (it has some strong lipolytic qualities), so this is also ok...

Took Plasmatic about 75 minutes preWO. MethylMass 30 minutes pre.
I felt fantastic as I got to the gym. Really energized and ready to tear shyt up.
Cardio warm up:
10 minutes on the eliptical, with 3 30second intervals.
FlatDB bench:
warm up sets: 65lb DBs- 2 sets of 10.
working sets: 80 x 8, 95 x 5.
Incline BB bench:
135 x 8, 155 x 8, 175 x 6 (failure)...
