Dropping a deadlift is a redlight, no?
I try not to drop weights or dump them too hard if there are loads of people in my (commercial fitness bollocks) gym, mainly cos it just seems to annoy people who don't lift. That being said, I drop bumper plates in the other gym quite happily on snatches/cleans, but then that's what they are designed for.

Well i think the obvious questions are:
1. What are some average s/b/d (or power cleans in place of deads) for different positions?
2. What are the most impressive feats of strength you have seen in players that hire you?
BTW, i saw a video of you training Tiki years back and i never knew how solid he was. Thanks in advance joe, when you make an account i will rep you. And reps to...

just a bad night? rested too much between sets?
I dunno, I have not pulled over 365 in 5 weeks, then last friday I went and pulled 405, 425,430 and 440 all in a row....no fricking clue where it came from. Chalk it up to a bad night and move on. Don't worry about it.

Don't choose based on poll results sam, the only difference between them would be build quality (they all look the ****ing same). The toro and Inzer ones look solid. I'm gonna order a Toro in the next 2ish months.
