Dropping a deadlift is a redlight, no? I try not to drop weights or dump them too hard if there are loads of people in my (commercial fitness bollocks) gym, mainly cos it just seems to annoy people who don't lift. That being said, I drop bumper plates in the other gym quite happily on snatches/cleans, but then that's what they are designed for.

no problem, thats how belts are for a lot of people deadlifting. I'd suggest taking in your air while you are standing up rather than at the ground

Well, there have already been 3 or 5 threads on this already recently, but giving you the benefit of the doubt... After heavy squats AND deads, or heavy squats OR deads? I mean, in the same session? You're bound to be sore either way to an extent, but it could just be a form issue - post a vid of both lifts in the vid section and someone will help out

Well i think the obvious questions are: 1. What are some average s/b/d (or power cleans in place of deads) for different positions? 2. What are the most impressive feats of strength you have seen in players that hire you? BTW, i saw a video of you training Tiki years back and i never knew how solid he was. Thanks in advance joe, when you make an account i will rep you. And reps to...

Don't choose based on poll results sam, the only difference between them would be build quality (they all look the ****ing same). The toro and Inzer ones look solid. I'm gonna order a Toro in the next 2ish months.
