Can definitely see a difference. You'll get the run of the mill responses like ' eat more, lift harder, bulk/cut yada yada yada' I think you're doing well. Keep at it, I like the strength gains, it'll take a few more months, but you'll where you want by then.
Make sure you get your rest, and don't be so strict dieting that you start losing your mind. otherwise nice work, keep it up.

I never understood the difference between gyno and fat stored in the chest.. wouldn't you want to cut down first and then think about surgery based on how it looks at that point?

You're definitely not training right, even with a crap diet you would still have gains after 2 months.
If you started training with all the knowledge you should have blown the fuk up after 2 months.
