I had 1RM personal records in 5 of the 6 excercises performed. I typically get 2-3 PRs each session. My iphone calculates the 1RM on every entry (makes the screen spin round and ...

I've decided that at least until the end of september I am moving away from a bodybuilding focus and more to a focus of overall fitness. As many of you know I've been through two pretty serious injuries over the past year, and I'm pretty much recovered from both of them. ...

Tonight's workout: chest and triceps
(This is my second chest/tri workout with free weights)
bench:
bar x 20
105 x 20
135 x 12
160 x 4
incline (30 degrees?) bench:
135 x 6
135 x 4

While pitiful compared to the studs of bb.com, I'm satisfied with my bench tonight. The first free weight ...
