i have shot a magazine through one. its about what you would expect from a gun its size etc. trigger is lousy (long and heavy). but with no external safety that is a must. i liked it quite a bit, and am considering buying one later.

Well, im only 17 and brought a Yamaha XVS 125 for myself. It's just a small cruiser that will chug along happily at 50mph.

The joint of the stock looks like a toy. Locking mechanism looks like an afterthought - not something designed for a fighting gun. Weird.
Do you know if anyone else has had problems with it being a weak point?

.22's I have heard are great for learning the essentials of marksmanship. Low recoil, low cost of ammo and great accuracy. However...
That's not the route I went. I learned the fundamentals on an 8mm Mauser and a Mosin Nagant. Frick yeah, it works. And the rounds they shoot are more than enough to put down every North American game there is (exclusion of maybe some bears).
