this is what i was doing whilst absent from weightlifting for a month. i'm a machinegun squad leader. the first video is of a gun line being run. theres two squads on it, mine and my friend's. we each control two gun teams. it starts off looking at his squad, then a bit into the video the cam goes down the line to my squad. im the dude kneeling/running around shouting things with a backpack on (i say "3 seconds!",...

Yeah, I was up in York PA and didn't lift until 6PM last night. I flew back today and then had to go to class. Forgot the puter tonight. And it's only Monday here in TX!!

im to lazy to cook that much plus im in college so a solid protein powder is a necessity for me... i think im gonna go make myself a little snack right now with some protein powder.

I've been doing some great procrastination today! House is clean, dishes are done, laundry in progress .....the document I'm supposed to be working on is open (but minimized) But I just put the coffee on, so maybe there will be some words soon!

Lower the weight and learn the technique first, you have no hip extension and are totally powering the bar up, why are you so conerned about numbers before you have the technique down.
As 2 the other question regarding deads and power cleans they will help with the first part of the lift but that's it.

Sounds like one of the better diets. REAL food. I'm cutting too, to 169/77kg. My diet is much worse than this one though =)

How adjustable are your jerk boxes, i.e. can you lower them enough to snatch/clean from blocks? Nice to be able to pull from blocks every now and then to work on speed under the bar.
Not that pulling blocks are really something you'd get as a gift, more like something you'd build I guess...

I haven't, but heard that there is not much diff. Although, the bushing bar is a little thicker, 28.4mm v. 28mm. I don't know if that is enough to make a difference to you, but it is enough that flexibility of the bar will be different. Just something to keep in mind.
