I just kind of realized now that you offered me the same advice before now!! If I never had to be so impatient and kept with it, I would probably be already seeing results right now!! I should have re-read my old post before posting this...Sorry for disregarding what you said before, and for seeking the same advice..I should have listened..Well, I did listen, but never gave it long enough... My bad!

Do you have a sample of what your meals look like and times you eat? Normally when someone isn't losing the weight its the diet and little tweaks need to be made. How long have you been eating clean and working out?

I just picked up chocolate chai. It's in tea bag form, I just brew add stevia and steam and froth some ff milk. So much better the coffee shop chai, not loaded full of sugar and high fat milk.

I've had similar changes in my eating habits since starting a new job. I used to eat every 3-4 hrs without fail -- hungry or not. Now I can't eat that consistantly and I have to say I'm much hungrier when I finally do get a meal -- which could be 5+ hrs after lunch --- for me, eating at set intervals was very important -- kept me from over doing it at the next meal --- but now, I don't have that luxury --- hopefully my...

I say spend the next 3 month just at or under maintenance and lift as heavy as you can. Eat clean, eat enough and build, then 3 months out start adding the cardio, decrease your calories and see what happenes.

If you're stable on meds then your thyroid is not factoring into this. Your maintenance cals may be 100 less than otherwise, but it's not stopping you from losing weight. Make that losing fat
What is major is your diet. How many cals are you eating, what are the macros, and are you tracking/weighing your food? What do these 4 - 1 hour workouts consist of?

I say do what's right for you rather than what the article says. For me that means not eating an apple on an empty stomach as it'll tear my stomach up.

You should be eating closer to 1700. Knock the cardio back to 30 minutes 3x week. Your diet is what really counts here. What do your macros look like?
Oh, and you're 26, not a teen. Write like one

Side salad is normally comprised of iceberg lettuce and not enough other veggies to get much out of them. So, yeah...definitely not the end-all be-all source of nutrition! LOL
Hopefully you are eating fruits and veggies in other forms, though.

My husband and I roughly spend about that much on food. We started spending more on groceries, but eating out less, so it even it self out.
