How would you go about measuring weight gain progress when going on a slow, lean bulk? I've going to finish successfully cutting down to ~8%BF at the end of this month, and use August as a transition month into a bulk. Then, starting September 1st, I want to start a 24-month bulk. For the bulk, though, I want as little fat gain as possible and optimal muscle gain. I've read a lot thus far ...

However, I'm still not too sure on what's actually the 'best' quantity or quality of the peanut butter. I'm wanting to bulk, and not too bothered about my diet at this moment in time, though that doesn't mean I'm ...

The premise of the diet is high protein (about 1- 1 1/2 gram per pound), moderate fat (about 1/2 g per lb) and low low carbs (no direct sources of carbs). During this diet, the brain goes into ketosis (it uses ketone bodies for energy-- fats) and thus the energy requirements by the body can almost all be supplied by fats (which you'll be taking in plenty of). The only activity that uses carbs ...

I was searching on eatfeats and found a restaurant near me that serves a 5 lbs hamburger, and if you can eat it in under an hour its free. I'm going to give it a try Saturday. I was wondering if anybody had any tips for doing this? Also, can you bring a scale and have them weigh the burger or is that frowned upon?

And yeah, I ...
