i wish for all of us that we had an easier time of this whole thing. e-support to all. in the meantime, i am awake like a space cadet insomniac because of the anxiety about today: i ate 2300 calories, estimated, and only biked for 45 minutes. and i am so scared that i am going to gain weight. plus, i can't ride tomorrow- rain, cold, and 20mph wind-- nor is the gym open. so. freaking. scared.

I ment the notion that it should be easier i.e "this running course is easy now, finally I can excercise without effort and have the same results" maybe recover was the wrong term, the body gets better at dealing with heavy excercise, as an example, when I first started lifting or cycling, I felt like I was dying the day after, now I don't feel more than a twinge though I have raised my effort level many times over

Scrambled Custard
3 or 4 Whole Eggs
3/4 cup lowfat lowcarb yogurt (Kroger Carb Master is what I use)
3 packets splenda
2 tblsp cinnamon
Beat the eggs, and then stir in the rest. Scramble it just like you normally would, and top with the fruit, sugar free preserves, or sugar free syrup of your choice. I used Smuckers Sugar Free strawberry preserves as well as about a cup of ...
