Lets not go over board. You can fast for over 30 days with no real side effects beyond dizziness and a bit of mild nausea. Doubt you could train while on a water fast though :P

Numbers look good, but I prefer a banana and oats instead of sugary drinks like Gatorade. 33 carbs = one medium banana and ~10-15 grams oats

I've read if you have a good preworkout meal then postworkout isn't as important, as you'll probably be still digesting the nutrients. I'd wait for some more replies, though.

tryd both, well ive just tryd a sample of purple wrath. Ive been through about 4 large tubs of extend. As far as taste, hands down xtend takes it by a long shot. BCAA's are mos t def going to yeild results so which ever product you chose you will be fine. I personally prefer Xtend raspberry///

try using plain yogurt instead of mayo with a squeeze of lemon....low fat..... BBQ sauce is awesome....cooked spinach,hot sauce and tuna ...served hot is good....tuna.mustard,a little bit of honey and pepper fukin awesome.....

Sad to say .. but I got hooked on crystal light to try in increase my water intake and remove soda from my body. I was drinking a 12pack soda per day and have yet to have a soda in the house in 3months now. Mind you have a stack of crystal light that would put some peoples tubs of supps to shame

ADD FATS PLZ, that is nowhere near enough fats, sub out some protein and add inm healthy fats, its good you have fruits and veggies but fats are essential. Other than that it liooks okay

Im cutting so I use one whole egg, and about 7 egg beater whites. I cant stand throwing yolks away, just feels wasteful. When I go on a bulking diet, I will be eating all of my eggs whole.
