I'm really impressed on your planning and preparation for this; both on paper and mentally. It seems like you have done a ton of research already and that's the biggest thing starting off.
The diet that you posted; is that what you eat everyday? For me personally, I would tend to be bored with eating the same foods everyday...but everyone's different. Don't feel obligated to eat just ...

So I did not write anything last night, Just had so much to do.
But yesterday I did upper body workout. In my gym there are always alot of ppl so I had to wait for long time to get my workout done. I was suppose to do full body workout but I gave up waiting for the legs machine to work my legs. I was at the gym for about 1 hour but only worked out for about 30 min ;(

I do also have a rule, you dont post, you dont get in the update. It isnt hard to PM it to me, or post it. I hate rules, but I am not gonna take weights from people who dont post in here.
We lost 752 pounds last year. We should shoot for a half ton this time. We just have to be consistent.
