I did that on friday night, got smashed as! At mcdonalds and then more later on. Right now i'm lighter than I was last friday (10 days ago), it's not all that bad as long as you get right back into it the next day and keep going strong. 90% perfection and 10% of messy fun = decent results

I'd finish your cut until you're satisfied, and then i'd slowly, (by slowly I mean 200 above maintenance) recomp/bulk while making as many strength gains as possible. Yes you probably will be skinnyish at the end of your cut, but you've made it a long way so be proud.

You can start now if you want or leave them for later.... doesn't really matter much if you are going lots of other lifting. You are really only looking to tone your abs, not grow them into some huge muscle mass. And it isn't RUMOR.... you are NOT going to add very much muscle mass while cutting weight. Best you can hope for is to maintain the muscle you have and tone it up. Abs are grown in the kitchen....and you probably won't...

I don't think lifting weights 6x a week is necessary at all. Muscles grow during recovery. I would start a 3 day split consisting mostly of compound movements. The cardio seems good though.

I geat 50g of just right, you ozzie you should know what that is. Yes ceral can have excess sugar you don't need but... it's about a calorie defecit when it comes to cutting the fat so a few extra grams at breakfast wont matter.
