The lifestyle, sleep, and nutritional factors are exactly what cannot be improved. Or maybe it would be better to say that I am unwilling to sacrifice my career in the military to improve them. I do my absolute best to do what I can for my health, but there is only so much I can do in my position. As for adrenal or thyroid indications, my understanding is that you cannot "fix" them in the same way you fix a leaking pipe. If...

I'm surprised not to see SHBG in that list, unless it came back normal and you didn't mention it for that reason. It can have a dramatic effect on free vs. bound testosterone. You're right in that your total testosterone is within normal range (which is subjective) and that your free or bioavailable testosterone is probably binding to proteins. I know of several men who have high production of...

People with a pituitary problem will have a very low TSH with a very low Free T3. In your case it looks to me like your Free T3 is high enough the your body is happy with it and not sending the TSH in a higher dose because your Free T3 is good. Most testing would prove this. So tell me what were your levels of Testosterone before going on TRT stopping will only bring you back to where you were if not lower because of the TRT. I don't know it the Nolvadex was going to help most men that needed TRT when the stop they go back to there old levels or lower. Your lost liddo migh me due to the Nolvadex and your low levels of Testosterone. And we need to know what your ...

yes, those are IM needles. just use the same ones you use for GH. the instructions for HCG read to inject IM but everyone shoots it sub-q, within six inches from the belly button.
