The highest I have ever got it into a solution was 25mg/ml and that was also using PEG. At 50mg/ml you are going to be saturated and will not go into solution but stay suspended. One of two things you can do. Add PEG and more 190 to make it into a 25mg/ml solution, or use it as is. Problem with " as is" is when you shake and draw your ml you are not sure on the proper dosage.
