If we assume the average person has one cheat meal a week...I don't think averaging two a week for a month is going to do much to ya. I agree with White Chocolate, too...'Tis the season to bulk! Just make sure you put those extra calories to use (easier to do without much red wine though...make sure you put a lid on that so you don't screw up the next day's workouts). To avoid gaining much fat (if any at all) stick to your...

Absolutely! I think there are prob. a couple of reasons... #1 People are probably trying to overcompensate for over-eating this time of year. So, they can eat like sh*t and then make up for it. #2 (at least my area)... it's cold and snowy, so all the runners, etc. come inside. Myself included. You can't hardly get on the cardio equip. now!
Soon we'll have all the HS/College kids on ...

If you can find some "real" photos of your favourite fitness celebrities - such as them just posing with a fan or whatever, your husband might change his tune. The ...

I train in a gym and I love it there. There is so much more equipemnt so I can do many different type of exercice. There is no way I could have some cables, machines, squat rack, different cardio equipment or many dumbell/barbell. Also you have way more space at a gym than I could have at home. I also see that as a daily activity so when I step in the gmy i'm there to train so i'm more motivated

Sitting around wanting to cry because you got off course isn't motivation enough to get your ass back in the gym? You apparently already know what to do as you were feeling pretty good about yourself up until you stopped going. That being the case, how can you be at a loss? You KNOW what you need to do.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself over something you have complete control over and get ...
