Confused about something

Blunt is fine I know everyone doesn't think I lift heavy but I swear I lift as heavy I can. I used 30 Dumbells for my chest press today and did 8 reps and that's all I could do (about 90 seconds rest.) Final question....if I do long cardio, should I eat an extra 100-200 cals that day?

How about Magnum Neutraceuticals Quattro? The reviews on the choco flavor look good plus it's organic. I plan on trying this next. You can also look into the all natural/unflavored whey products. They contain no artificial stuff. You can add it to anything you like, i.e. juice, iced tea etc.

I don't think nursing is related to your struggles. There is some excellent information on fat loss if check the stickies and articles. If you lift heavy and hard, and eat fewer calories, you should lose the extra fat. Nursing doesn't make you fat. If anything it helps with fat loss. Why would you not workout?? Just because you may mess up your diet a bit doesn't mean you should just throw in the towel! You dust yourself off and keep going! Besides, if you eat more than you are supposed to, doesn't it make sense that you should have even more of reason to get your workout in? Good luck!
