It sounds like outside factors are influencing your current state. Additionally, you may be over-exerting yourself physically.

you're overthinking and making something very simple into something complicated. Want to increase endurance while lifting heaving? Do some cardio. Lifting heavy mutliple times a week combined with HIIT multiple times a week is going to burn you out fast. Just lift heavy and do LISS 1-3 times a week for 30-40 minutes. Just be sure to compensate for the caloric burn to stay in a surplus. Running...

No. Well, it might be of benefit to your core and overall muscle coordination to try doing a light lift on a bosu ball, but doing a real BB squat with the intention of actually squatting is ridiculous.

It will help you if you have trouble getting the weight out of the hole. Its used to help develop more power. You would incorporate them during a chest workout. Throw it in or exchange it for a different chest exercise.

I believe using the hammer grip for db press would put more emphasis on your triceps than your chest but i've never done them considering the whole point of doing db presses is to work your chest...correct me if i'm wrong

No, it's not close to being as effective as regular bench. However, if you're scared about hurting yourself, you're not going to push yourself, so I guess in that sense it's up to you if you use the machine or not. Just know that you aren't getting the most out of the exercise.
