Well, it might be of benefit to your core and overall muscle coordination to try doing a light lift on a
bosu ball, but doing a real BB squat with the intention of actually squatting is ridiculous.

It will help you if you have trouble getting the weight out of the hole.
Its used to help develop more power.
You would incorporate them during a chest workout. Throw it in or exchange it for a different chest exercise.

I believe using the hammer grip for db press would put more emphasis on your
triceps than your chest but i've never done them considering the whole point of doing db presses is to work your chest...correct me if i'm wrong
