in my experience over the counter " diuretics" didnt do much. I wouldnt use them until the last few weeks, if they did work you would look better for a bit and then rebound which could mentaly throw you off. Is your show tested?

I get good effects from a pre-fatigue style with heavey squeezing work out, thats way as an example chest. My pecs give out before my tri's or delts. But this form is not for the person that like to show off lifting heavey weights in the gym. I rather show of on stage myself. LOL I'm a BB not a power lifter. LOL I don't even log my pre-fatigue sets, I don't consider them part of W/O.

The shirt will not affect DT, however if you add some oil for sheen it could potentially take some with it, but I wouldn't be too worried about it.

cut back on any carbs you're eating that aren't very filling and eat tons of fruit, veggies and high fiber starchy carbs normally hunger isn't much of an issue early pre-contest but if it is you just have to get over it... if you are eating filling foods and still feel hungry there really isn't anything you can do
