I went onto surprisingly win my class in both of my first shows and was inspired by a few judges to chase the dream of "Pro Card" in natural bodybuilding. After a good run in the spring of 2007 with winning the welterweight class at the NPC Natural Ohio, I ...

How to stop this. 1) Shave with a 3 or 4 blade razor. Switch your body razor often....

I'm going to get on stage"? How do you know that you can? That you have the right "look"? Thoughts/comments about competing.......

The line was very long for the testing, so some of the prejudging began before the tests were finished. The competitors said that the lights made things pretty hot. Oh, and I'm talking about amateurs in regards to the tests. Didn't speak to the pros.
