Sorry for the lag. I have a cold and I am fighting through it. I weighed in at 258 this morning. That's up 8 lbs in one week on approx. 2400 calories per day. This stuff is crazy. Today was a day off after legs yesterday. I put on my size 38 Levi's this morning--this was one of my medium range goals and I am almost there. Still just a little tight. So I don't think I am gaining too much fat on this cycle. Arms are looking...

Ok, call me brett farve. I changed my mind lol ... I'm gonna keep going. I'm just gonna throw in mdrol @10mg a day to preserve muscle mainly and I'm gonna throw in CEL x tren to expedite the fatloss. I'll continue the ECA stack and diet. Granted I'm throwing AAS in the mix, I'm still doing a weightloss routine... so i don't guess i'm not in the right section. I say 4 more weeks and I'll be...

4 lbs. loss per/week (of fat) is not sustainable, for a reasonable diet w/out extreme drug usage, i.e DNP. Chances are you lost a bit of LBM whether you realize it or not OR you lost some water. 4 lbs. is a bit high for a weekly expectation of fatloss. Most aim, myself included (pre-contest) for 1.5 - 2.5 lb. per week. Much beyond 2 lbs. per week lost is pushing it IMO, if you're looking to ...

Working out is really just icing on the cake. You need to get your diet down to a "T", and from there, the sky is the limit. IMO it is okay to take the weekends off, as long as you are training on the other 4-5 days.

What you have described is included, as well as plenty of lean sourced protein (chk breast, fish, kangaroo.

Good luck, look into some psyllium husks or another form of fiber supplementation, it'll help in the long haul.

I pretty much always suggest some modified form of the Paleo Diet. It's simple and easy to do. Don't eat grains (Quinoa is a legit replacement, along with mass quantities of fibrous green veggies). No lactose. No sugar (unless it's in fruit, but keep it minimal). Emphasize lean protein sources & high omega-3 content of most of the fat you take in (olive oil, flax oil, fish oil, etc...)...

boost your calorie intake every 4th day to maintenance levels, this should keep your metabolism normal.

What's the hcg diet all about? Is this the type of diet Kevin Trudeaux writes about, where hcg=human chorionic gonadotropin, or is "hcg diet" stand for something newer that I'm out of the loop on?

If she's vastly overweight get her to see a doc first to make sure she's good to go. The best approach initially would be low intensity long duration cardio until results start to plateau then moving onto the like of light weights and perhaps HIT further down the line. The more pressing concern though is her health - the priority shouldn't be to be able to eat more, it shoud be to improve her ...
