I am going to go for a stroll for lunch as a light form of cardio. Before Progress Shots are on computer camera with a lamp providing light so not great lighting. Oh, and to add, it feels like I'm thickening up some. I can't tel if it's fat or muscle, but I do know I haven't done cardio for two weeks due to a cramped schedule with school and work. - I put my favorite jeans on earlier to go to the grocery store and talk about tight around the thighs/glutes! - Legs are always the first place I pack on muscle; fat goes straight to the gut.

wake, take Pslin+AP, 2 RC, 2 SuperCissus, 1g L-carnitine
15min later, breakfast (macros 75/40/6 C-P-F) + 3 Prime, multivite (Beverly Super Pak), 3g fish oil
60min later, 3 PowerFULL, 4 Anabolic Signal, 7g leucine, 2-3 scoops Jack3d, 1g L-carnitine
45min later, train -- sipping BCAA(21g)+WMS(30g) drink pre & intra
at completion of training, BCAA(10.5g)+...

No problem at all. There isn't really any pros or cons, they do different things. Jack3d will give you the energy to tear through your workout and push yourself further, and the BCAAs will fuel to help your body keep up and recover.
If thats all you're taking, jack3d and BCAAs, it might be worth sipping the BCAAs during the workout.
