Mine are low as well, but I'm staying away from DHEA for now until I can figure out why I need so much adex. I think maybe I have a fatty liver, or damaged liver even though my liver values are normal now. If true I probably can't easily metabolize estrogens. Also looking into this more carefully > http://www.knowyourgenetics.com/The%...20Pathway.html Most types of DHEA are fine to take, just take them with a fatty meal. It...

For your testosterone, ask your doc about getting a script for compounded T. It's much cheaper than the A-Gel. You may absorb better with PLO-based gel than with the alcohol-based. Your TSH numbers are just too high. Maybe your doc will adjust the dosage of your Armor. Are you taking it on an empty stomach, and then no food for at least 30 minutes after?

My dhea levels are low, wonder if that has anything to do with it. I know there is a couple different types of dhea to take. Is one better than the other? Not on HCG yet.

Just to clarify for the readers, if you are on TRT, a supplement CAN NOT and WILL NOT alter your total testosterone. Your body is producing 0 naturally...esp bigt with his lovely 37 value. It's just not possible. Drugs can, but not supplements. I guess a 5a-reductase inhibitor could just slightly.

Going to be taking 250iu E3D and increase if necessary, depending on labs. He didn't want to give any adex yet because my E2 runs low anyway. I'll post my progress in this thread.

Find another doctor. I'm less sure on the adrenals + thyroid issues, but know of a doctor you can at least consult with on the testosterone portion. In some ways he's right though. At your age, and likely not having had kids yet I can see why he'd want to have you try other things (although I see no real reason why androgel or test cream would be less suppressive than injections)

Yes, varicocele will lower testosterone levels. Mines went from 26/7nmol day of getting varicocele (due to injury that caused vascular dysfunction) to 14nmol over a period of 3 months due to the varicocele causing testicular dysfunction and atrophy. Do you have any atrophy/shrinkage on the testicle?

things i noticed from testopro on last run were mood was increased a ton, had that feeling back again where i thought i could do anything. strength increased about the same but i had more energy and motivation to do the workouts. i had gained a bunch of weight since starting trt and testopro seemed to help firm it up. I would definetly ask about clomid therapy and see what's comes of it. If that doesn't work I'm not sure hCG will work and keep u working. Keep us posted

Should note that acne on back and shoulders is severe. Really not any on face at all. It pisses me off because my skin looks like **** when all these other dudes at the gym are juicing hardcore and don't have nearly as bad of skin as I do!

BUMP guys.
Its 11:00PM and my face is super hot right now...whats the deal? I don't get it, I thought E2 was too high, isn't that what causes flashes? Apparently not because my labs from last week show rock bottom E2.

Any time you have pain or discomfort in the chest it's best to seek medical help without delay. Being a little embarrassed and alive is better than being shy and dead.
Muscle twitches can be an indicator of electrolyte imbalances. You may want to get a comp-metabolic blood test, which will include sodium, chloride, and potassium. Also not a bad idea to test magnesium level.
Magnesium has ...

Hi Phil before you started on TRT did you find out why your low. Are you Primary meaning your testis don't work or Secondary meaning your Pituitary is not working.
Did you have your Estradiol levels checked with LH and FSH. I tell young men before going on TRT to find out why they are low first. If you need to be on TRT meaning what's wrong can't be fixed. You should have your sperm ...

Take 3 readings, a few minutes apart, one after the other, and average it out for a more accurate result.
I've had large fluctuations at the doctor's office myself...waited 10 minutes and it came back normal again.. for me it was due to questioning about family health history and then immediately doing my BP which came back high probably because I was thinking about things that upset me and...
