I have low test and some symptoms that go along with it. I was taking bromocriptine, but I stopped. I didn't like it and my prolactin wasn't that high. I have been exercising, dieting and taking vitamins. I feel better now, but I know my test is still low. I want to try clomid and see if it can raise my natural production. What should I tell my endo about it if he disagrees? I also want to ask ...

Hi all. So. I asked this before, without any responses. I just had 3 surgeries. 2 on my shoulders, clavicular resection and SLAP repairs on each side, torn rotator cuff on one side, and ulnar nerve transposition on one side. I have been doing PT aggressive, and, so far, limited to home exercise. Fortnately, I've maintained most of my size, even though I've been lifting VERY light, ...

How long has it taken everyone to start noticing a change when starting TRT? It's been 6 days for me since my first shot (250mg) of test-e, and a couple days since another shot of 75mg test-e... This is my first time ever taking test..Pretty sure the test is kicking in now, but libido hasn't noticeably gone up. Even if my e2 were high, typically libido will still kick in initially when ...

Can anyone give me a standard protocol they use for supplementing HCG use during HRT. So the HCG would be in addition to, not in leiu of, test replacement. I was trying to do a search for Dr Crislers hrt protocol which I believe has HCG use included but I am having no luck finding it. I am currently only taking 500iu weekly to keep the old guys from shriveling up completely but I ...

just introducing myself. I am an older male, 47. I saw an anti-aging pysician when I was 38 who started me on TRT. It made a world of difference in how I felt and functioned. I got online to research TRT, found some boards like this. So I also dabbled in the "dark side" until about 2003. Now I am just following physicians orders, even though I think the method could be improved. I went back...

Can someone give me a good idea of what a good meal is or meals per day to get the RDA of saturated fats, or more if that's what's recommended. I hear milk is bad, so full milk at breakfast is a no-no? What about cheese? Less or more ripened or also a bad idea? Should we get it from meat? Do eggs contain saturated fats? I want to kickstart testosterone production through this...

I have recently been having joint aches, pains and clicking in my knees, pelvic bone and spine. I have also been training for the past year and a half 3 days a week consistently so this is the only thing that has strengthened my bones and my good nutrition and supplement schedule...

So, I recently had my T levels tested because my older brother (who is 30) had his levels tested and he was around 190 ng/dL (ref range 250 - 1100). We have a lot of the same issues (extremely low libido, lack of energey, anxiety, depression, etc) - so I decided to get mine checked. My original results were as follows: DHT - 9 ng/dL (ref range: 25-75) <--had this checked bc I was on ...

I was just wondering if anybody has any knowledge or personal experience with this. Ive read that time released T3 is poorly compunded, and isnt potent or effective at giving a steady amount of T3 supplied to the body. Just wondering what the deal is with this. Thanks!
