I am also attempting to lose 30 pounds- again! I highly recommend the Body For Life program. The book which outlines the program is by Bill Phillips. It is the only program that I have ever followed where I am truly not hungry. I eat 5-6 times a day, and yes, protein shakes are sometimes a part of that. It's kinda frustrating sometimes when you really expect to hit your target weight loss but it turned out to be a little less unsuccessful. But as for you who are very motivated in achieving your goal, then keep on going and doing the right thing! There's no stopping for those who are high-spirited and passionate!

I use cracker crumbs not bread... no mayonnaise .. and no worcestershire no sauce neither where'd these come from and what's the calories / fat ? please ?

No such thing as eating too few calories and not losing weight. Not very healthy though. Its a desperate measure. Also its not very bright going from one bad relationship with food to another.

oki guys, im a newbie just started recently going to gym and im really into it.
now just trying to get some hints on what to do....
i've got a bit of body fat that i hate, and obviously want to loose it but at the same time gain muscel.
is this possible?
if so can somebody here please show me a website or something on a diet that i can go on? a diest to loose body fat and gain ...
