the door sticker says 39PSI, so that is what they are kept at. just drove through a very curvy road in the foothills above Santa Barbara, it was amazing. where the previous tires started howling and giving up grip, the PS2s just took it.

Crown vic like it was a baseline of bad handling... Try a '91 caddy sedan deville That thing was a land yacht.. not on the scale of a '76 ford LTD but .. a 17 year old car(when i had it) with bad air ride.. I felt like I was boating down the interstate when I hit potholes. You will definitely notice a huge difference. I did going from H rated hankooks to a T rated studless continental.

Strange. Ive never driven them above 15mph so I dont know how it actually drives, but they are thicker than the Trackers. P vs P and LT vs LT. Some of the LTs are almost an inch thick (measured unscientifically) Oh well..

That's sort of what I figured because the prorated rh is basically included in the price with the lifetime balance, rotation, and valves. Like you, I got the certs. with the T/A's because they gave me such a good deal and a very generous credit for the 520's not getting the warrateed wear. As far as the certs., my son has gotten two punctures in areas outside the repair area of the tire. The first was OE BFG's Rugged Trail...

Not sure what year Camry your Mom has but: I just put Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S on my 2009. Had them on my 2005 Camry as well. This tire was $114/ea this time around and it beats any inexpensive tire I have ever owned. They are round (no vibration issues), wear evenly and offer excellent wet performance. This is the perfect tire for this car. If it's within your budget, I would recommend ...

Yes, I am running them on my Frontier. We've had no snow here yet, though. I can report that they are not squishy at all which is a relief because I hate a sloppy handling vehicle.

Hankook is a Korean company, and they have some kind of a strategic alliance with Michelin, but I don't think there are any links to Conti. However, with all the different partnerships and shared ownerships in the rubber industry, I wouldn't be surprised. Conti owns General Tire, that much I know.

Those look great. My friends father with his '04 V70R had a similar tire installed. Dont know if it was the exact model or not. There are only a few wagons I really aspire to own, and the V70R 6mt is one of them. Great cars them R's.

Roadforce balance shouldn't be any more expensive than regular balance. It's just a matter of what kind of balancing equipment the shop has. If they have the Hunter Roadforce balancer, then most likely they balance all their tires on it. And if they don't have the machine, then even if you offer them more money, they won't be able to help you. Now, balancing with optimization may cost extra ...
