There is only one way to get rid of debt and that is pay it. Borrowing off peter to pay Paul does not work. Manipulation of numbers is what caused all this in the first place. When you can't pay, and you have nothing to sell you are bankrupt, sorry --thats the word for it Thing is no one has ever seen such a huge mess on this scale before. Its mind boggling that it could have happened, and from the worlds police too.

Well don Par, I hope you stay safe well and happy... I do not intend to evacuate any-where except when using an appropriate toilet facility... I hope to go on an extended cruise in the local region surrounding the Coral Sea, and possibly up north to drink some of Frosty' beer... and deliver some home brew as well as bought brews during my travels...

Bos, have you ever seen dome tents rolling on the water? It's hilarious. We have here a spit of land, "the spit" made of mostly sand, as spits are. No amount of tentpegs hold these things in place and a gust will sometimes take them miles before they fill and sink, spilling tennis shoes and Doritos the whole way! I had a friend that got hit with one once - he claims that a camera in it dented his car...

http://www.ausnz.accaglobal.com/pdfs...ttax_mar06.pdf Just in case someone is interested in a very good article on current tax and an argument for flat rate tax, this one is a good one. Clear and simple even when a tad long. Quote: John Edwards has estimated that a ‘pure’ flat taxwith a rate of 23 percent would be revenueneutral in Australia.6 Yet he and many othershave argued against the flat tax. Edwards is openly...

That works quite well and is known for long. But above waterline I would not recommend Lanolin, it collects dust and dirt like a magnet. On props and shafts it can last for about two years. (maybe less in tropic waters, dunno). Regards Richard

We all know the story of the sparrow that got crapped on while he was cold. Maybe I am a grumpy old pathplug raving, but I know what this place was like before. Our children that got bombarded with tv crap and brainwashed to think this is how it is supposed to be doesn't know any different. Even the history in schools are a different one we learned, and you can guess where the sumpathy now goes to. Troy, for your sake I hope the US...

oh that is hilarious we were out camping at lake Maconahe and got caught up in a wind storm blew a half dozen tents out across the water never to be seen again I tied mine to a tree cause Ive seen it before but Im not sure they ever sink if the thing is zipped shut we took a one of the water ski boats across and looked but there was no way we do get some nasty wind storms round here and folks out on a lake are particularly exposed another one...

Observation at a recent powerboat race meeting may suggest or imply the
same, as the surface drive propellers were all superbly polished (stainless

Hey Paul
I think it depends where you are, if its a big yacht club where the boats are bigger, then yes it can boil down to 'how much money you have or mine is bigger than yours'. And of course every yacht club has , what is commonly known as the 'rockstars' these are the guys who are generally working on the big race boats, oh sorry, did I say working??? I meant to say kissing the owners of ...

What no reply?
I thought every one had these things. I have seen them being used by the Thais do do high roof work because of there lightness.
However an Aussie engineer who I have respect for said that his cut out after a few seconds of continuous welding, that of course is unacceptable.
Any opinions on these things.

I just spent several years and many more thousands of dollars just trying to get a web site built and launched
let alone having all the content legal
these "people" ( is stretching it ) have no ethics
I got nothing for my thousands, ended up learning html and designing my own web site.
there is no ethics in web design or on the net in general...

Use a fuel tank sending unit. There's no voltage involved, it just senses a percentage of ground. If you pull off the bezel ring on a fuel gauge, you can print a new face or you could just put "Water" on it and close it up again. They come with adjustable float arms for different depth tanks, so you're go to go.
Then again a graduated stick is fairly fool proof.
