Benadryl is an antihistamine. A few antihistamines have weak analgesic / anxiolytic properties themselves, if I am not mistaken. Traditionally they potentiate opiates due to their sedative side effects. These blend with the sedation from the painkillers, and can often make the experience feel more 'deep'. Tagamet (cimetidine) works by inhibiting certain liver enzymes (Cyp 450d? I dont ...

The pharmacological profile of Tramadol is far more complex than that of plain o-desmethyl.

A: It depends on what dose of bupe you were taking and how long. The short answer is 36-48 hours. Caution should be used when dosing, as you will still have a tolerance but it will not be as high as it was when you first got on bupe.

Can you take a picture? How big is it? etc.
If it doesn't hurt, and it is not growing but shrinking, you should be fine. If it's getting bigger or starts to hurt...then...yeah it'd be something you don't want to hear.

Nope. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction among other things. It does not produce mu agonist effects (no euphoria, warmth, nodding, etc). One of the many alkaloids of Opium that are worthless recreationally.
