In case it's relevant, there are at least 496 bioassayed compounds with the methcathinone skeleton that have been found to be bioactive: http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assa...8060068&q=cids I tried to avoid redundancies by excluding isotopes and ions.

@Tryp2Fun: As Nuke already said: Naproxen is a bad example, as it contains already several points for metabolic 'attacks', i.e. a methyl-ether (directly attached to the naphthalene) and a free carboxylic group. My point always was that in particular JWH-015 and -018 lack any feasible moieties for a fast and effective metabolism. The sole presence of a naphthalene-moiety is of course not enough. The presented data seems to support my...

Im very sorry to hear about your terrible (but unfortunately, all too common) story which led to your opiate addiction. I dont have time to write much now, but may I ask why you haven't explored suboxone/subutex? I understand you had a nightmare experience with methadone, but buprenorphine (suboxone/subutex) is nothing at all like methadone. In fact, bupe is very similar to how you describe the chinese formula-there is no real euphoria,...

Yes, good looking out, but my thinking from that stage has changed. I am no longer in a self-destruct mode. I am being very careful, and am not on a mission to get high. I am simply looking for an alternative to xanax to be used in low doses as an anxiolytic. The problem is, phenazepam seems to cause the worst amnesia of any benzo ive encountered. Could an ethanolic suspension of phenazepam be injectable if passed through a micron filter (by...

I have done further experimenting with this IV codeine
I've been carrying out the scientific method of reductio-ad-absurdum on my testings
the variable is that my body is different, such as i prefer a strong codeine high over a strong oxy high, and that morphine doesnt make me itch very much. Codeine and morphine feel identical to me, more sedative which i like.

I can't answer your questions, but I do know that not all of the receptors necessarily need to be occupied for maximum pharmacological response. Some drugs only use of to 2% of the receptors to produce the maximum pharmacological response.

You're a fucking idiot.
It's too bad that when you don't get them you won't have horrible seizures and die, I'm a little sad.

Please don't tell me you're trying to use this to get high? It's an NSAID but accordin to wikipedia, if you overdose on it it becomes a stimulant and deliriant. Sounds to me like it is more dangerous than the excipients

I saw that, it is in the same location as the mephedrone metabolism study
ring hydroxylation of naphthylene rings was almost inevitable.

Yeah, it's an obvious analogue.
The law does say "substantially similar effects" and this is a partial agonist, but there are plenty of scheduled partial agonists that this would be called an analogue of (buprenorphine, for example).

I don't know of any real data.
But I wouldn't think the worry is as high as with para-substituted related compounds.

A single time use won't affect thyroid function. Now if you start taking it daily for an extended period of time, you can bet something is going to happen on a number of levels. I apologize for not giving you a straight answer in terms to what you've said.

Lysergamides contain the ergoline structure and ergolines contain the tryptamine structure, hence they can all be called tryptamines.
Compare the following structures for a visual representation:
Tryptamine:
Ergoline:
Lysergic Acid:
Lysergamide (Lysergic Acid Amide (LSA)):
Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD):

From the scientific studies I've read, you want to drink white grapefruit juice 30 minutes before taking the other drug. You'll want to drink at least 200mL, perhaps 500 to 750mL. One study I looked at used 600mL to represent "a lot of grapefruit juice" and 200mL to represent a standard cup of GFJ; they found that 600mL was much much more effective at potentiation than 200mL.
