for some bizarre reason my subscribers list has more than halved over night? i had 20 yesterday now i have 8 lol, whats that all about, have I done something wrong lol?

I am using Entrecard and I posted a ad in the market. Someone purchased from me and the steps to get through are really confusing, and there is no forum to refer to. The first step I did was approve it then I delivered it. What do i do next to get credits? Do I move it to "In Mediation"? That seems like it is only for issues. Or is the buyer just suppose to just send the credits? Please let me know what I need to do to get my credits.
