I am 'churning' to Telstra ADSL2+ Monday (The churn order has been confirmed for the 18th) I currently have a Netgear WNR834B hooked into ADSL1 and a new Bigpond 2701HGV Wireless Gateway ADSL2+ Modem/Router that was part of the deal. I have set up a network between a notebook running vista home premium and a desktop running xp home sp2. These two are connected via an ethernet cable and the desktop is connected to the internet via a cable modem. The desktop is running zonealarm (free) and I have windows firewall on the notebook. I tried setting up zonealarm on the notebook too but as soon as I did this, things ground to a halt...
