Yes it is a general problem with the Storm. If you look at the UK Vodafone forum you will see many discussions: http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/index.php?showforum=50 Vodafone keep saying it should hopefully be resolved in the next
firmware update but so far this hasn't been the case. It hasn't been confirmed (or not shared with customers at least) if this is a software problem or...

Hmmm... you hid it? On the Main screen, press the
Menu key > and SHOW ALL so that show all is checked. Now, check ALL folders, homescreen, downloads, applications, etc., again.

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums. You are certain they are not on the device? Look at media > ringtones. Nothing there? The default ringtones (that I know of) can't be downloaded. Unless someone has then placed on a server somewhere I am not aware of.

If you have the TCP set on your device, and third party browser like
Opera Mini, you "should" be able to get it work.
