Select the first (or last) one you want to delete. Hold down the Shift key and use the wheel to scoll to the last (or first) message you want to delete (They all highlight). Then press the delete key.   Another option is to select a date tag rather than a message, press menu and select delete prior.   Hope this helps   Terry

Tips for clearing that unread message... try them in order. If you have a rogue New Message icon on your Homescreen, or a negative count (-1), any one of these solutions could clear it, or reset it to zero: Try these options: * Hard Reset the BlackBerry by holding ALT, CAP (right Shift key), and DEL (or with the BlackBerry powered ON, remove the battery and reinserting the ...

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!   No guarantees, but here is a KB that discusses that error: KB14745 "Memory card contains error, please use disk checking utility on computer" appears on the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone   Hopefully it contains something useful!   Good luck and let us know!

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!   I'm afraid that will be a bit difficult...BB's keep contacts under higher security, so you can't even BT them between devices. At best, you could email or SMS each contact as an attachment, then save it to the destination BB address book (I'm frankly not sure about the steps needed to do that...it feels quite cumbersome). Truly, using a PC/USB ...

Sounds like you have set up the Blackberry OK to use the wireless internet connection, but you also need to set up the E-Mail aswell, as you will have a new E-Mail server from your new Internet service provider.   From the Main Menu click "Setup" then either the "Setup Wizard" followed by "E-Mail", or go straight to "E-mail settings" and follow the on screen instructions.    ...

Please be warned that ten incorrect attempts of the password will wipe your device--be careful.   You probably have a common user problem where you "think" you have an uppercase character or number in the password, and you really don't, becase your password is masked by asterisks when you first entered it, and you have continued to enter the password ON your device as you think it is....
