There is no way to migrate users from Notes to Exchange without users having to re-activate the devices.   It all depends on the database side how you plan on doing your migration. How many users are we talking about?

Sounds like the user has filters set up, have you checked those from either the server or the handheld?

Check your BES version number 1) Go to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet (Start > Run > appwiz.cpl ) 2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support information.". 3) The publisher listed should be "Research In Motion" and the Version will be the exact version of BES currently installed. Hi,   All traffic through the BES MDS can be logged. If the HH is generating traffic that goes through the BES then you should be able to monitor it.   http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB17860   Also, have  you triedenabling HTML and verbose HTML logging on the MDS?   BB Manager - Click MDS - Right CLick - Edit Properties -  Logs Message Edited by OzBBerry42 on 10-14-2009...
