Hi there! There is indeed a problem with valid PINs being rejected on the RIM support forms...but there is also a resolution path for that. However, that fix cannot be posted publicly in the forums. Please see your Private Messages on this site for a PM from me with instructions on how to proceed. Once the PIN is validated on the RIM site, you will be able to submit
your request. ...

seconds before reinserting it, then wait for the phone to reboot. Also, how many applications do you have installed on your phone? If you have too many applications, your phone may be low on available app memory. You can check how much memory you have on your ...

This is a community support forum... the welcome thread even calls it
peer-to-peer support. I didn't notice a question in your post, but do you need help--or better yet--willing to receive help on your device were you to ask for it? Otherwise, your post is just a rant about Tmobile, and this is the BlackBerry Community Support Forums. I'd be glad to help trouble shoot with you, ...

I too updated my (sprint) 8330 and I still have the option. From the message list -> Options -> Email
