So no..... __________________ Don't ask, and we won't tell. This is my opinion and in no way reflects the opinion of Verizon Wireless or its affiliates. Do not consider talking to me a substitute to actually talking to a Verizon representitive, because I often lie. I find it very sad and pathetic that anyone would actually read this far... And to anyone who reads this and thinks its dumb a big middle finger to you.

Honestly if you want to stick with the blackberry family all you need to do is read a little information about them. I suggest just going to youtube and just searching reviews for them so you can see how they operate and look. That will give you the best idea versus reading what everyone's opinion is.

I haven't heard anything about the program being canceled. I'm also a VIP, the 25% off accessories sure will be missed.

Sure. Pay your current bill, tell them you want to cancel. In a month pay the $175 (or $350, depending on when you got the phone) ETF, and you're all set.

If you use the built-in wifi on the netbooks where available for free, the 250MB plan should cover most users adequately.
That said, the deal on netbooks only applies to people who take on the 5GB plans.

I hate customer service in general. The industry has lost all of its professionalism, for the most part. Thirty years ago, you were treated by respect, by a person who cared about their job and earned a decent enough wage to get qualified help.
Customer Service in 2009 is considered a success if businesses can find reps who can tolerate the horrible salaries, deal with the terrible hours,...
