True, that matter has come up with my other business friends, the BES/BlackBerry implementation is rather costly and that is why many of my friends don't have any BlackBerry solution implemented at their business. As far as IT Support I don't really find it hard to implement/Support BlackBerry/BES it's only a few Windows services, granted their are little configurations with it but I wouldn't call it overly complex. well so far, I have been able to stay busy... I guess thats the up side of working/managing other peoples networks. Unfortunately when I get to my BB, I'll have a couple hundred emails to delete.

Without cheap rates, there is absolutely no reason to stay with TMO. They have the least amount of coverage and even less 3G.

Well I wouldn't classify them as " Disgruntled". I would say more like surprised and imposed upon. A lot of people value their privacy and since they bought the device they feel entitled. While I wouldn't freak out I don't think that I would be very receptive to a stranger sending me PINS. I would just make some new friends here in the BB Messenger chat friend section and you will find a lot ...

Well stated. I have tried Opera Mini, and although it worked fine, I didn't see it as a huge advantage over the native browser.
