Even the gmail app recognises its not the web interface of gmail. I too have found that it will not recognise an email sent from the same account, as being a new email, and therefore will not show it. This is a gmail thing, and not a blackberry thing. Take it up with gmail.

hello. i've seen here and there people mentioning that a device is faulty. now, i don't know about any problems with my device, but i think there's a slight chance that wirelessly speaking - it's not running smooth. is there an option (via BB, or some app, or anything), to check if the wireless speed is functioning properly? some way i can compare it with other devices maybe?

Usual, obvious, questions, of course:
Did you drop it? Could it have gotten wet (in a sweaty pocket, even)? Do you have a media card, and have you tried again with the card removed?

MY blackberry is white on white and white keyboard, I will post some pics tomorrow. Yes, it gets very dirty. I have to clean myne everyday so it looks half decent. I got teh whit eon white like 6 months ago and I loved it but maintaining it is a pain. I would say since I did the white on white ALOT of people have been popping up with white bolds. I would recommend the gold for 2 reasons: ...

Motorola S9 great for listening & controling your music. Does it all. But I don't like the single ear buds, this has dual. Won't flop off.

You are better off syncing it to an outside source ie pc/mac. Then also make a backup. The sim card is very limited on how fields and amount of contacts it can hold.

No, it means it doesnt recognise a battery.
Suggests that it isnt connecting with the battery points in the phone.
check for debris, try and hold it down in the slot and try and turn the phone on.

You best be looking around at a third party application because RIM's history will show they give very very little options to add "tints" of color to existing applications.

At Options > Advanced > Browser, set the browser to HotSpot.
Now, turn off the Data services and your browser will still be usable via WiFi.

I hope I don't have to wait for the Onyx...although I wouldn't put it past AT&T to hold RIM back in order to encourage Bold users to upgrade when the Onyx is released.
