Try one or the other of these alternatives:
A) set encrypt media files to no. On the blackberry, _move_ the media file out of the media folder, then move it back to the media folder.
B) Use the media manager pluggin on
desktop manager to access the blackberry and copy the files to the computer

I had the same issue after loading OS 5. The reviews on app world say that we are not alone and that Viigo isn't working on 5.0

You can surf the web using wi-fi without a blackberry data plan, but most applications require a blackberry data plan.

Go into Media then bb button and choose Explore. Go into your SD card and one folder at a
time use Show All. But most likely in Pictures.

You are out of luck. Once the code is entered
