Impossible. When you enterprise activate you can only have 1 email address and password associated with that device. He can have pop email accounts, but only one for EA. He's just gonna have to walk around with two phones.

In this latest occurance of the outage issues, the users experiencing the issues were indeed on the Exchange server in our remote office. However, the previous times it had happened, it affected users in our main office, which is where the BES is.

Hi, I installed BRK 5 in C:\BRK5.[this is where BESUserAdminClient.exe is avaialable]. When i run the following command [navigating to C:\BRK5 in the command prompt] C:\BRK5> BESUserAdminClient.exe -list -it_policies -p password is working fine and giving me the results. You say, after a sucessfull activation of a device, the status of some user changes from running to initializing ? If this is the case, my best guess is, you have a problem with your sql database.

You should be able to create transport rules at the Exchange levels to prevent this.

None of the tests are available yet. They will make their debut at WES in Orlando. I believe you had a couple people down in Orlando last year (at least we met one person from your company at the Champions Sports Bar, I believe). You going to be present?
As for the CBTs, they cover a lot of stuff that I rarely, if ever, use in a production environment. I'm not sure if anyone has ...

Never encountered this before and not an Exchange guy, but it sounds like it might be a service book issue. Try deleting the Desktop CMIME one and then reactivate (dont wipe and EA). Worth a shot.

I just shut off BB Router service, updated the permissions and I'm going to turn it back on in about 30 minutes or so.
I don't have high hopes for that fix though.....hmmmmmm

Are you referring to the delivered date/time (the date/time you see in the messages folder) or the message sent date/time (the date/time you see when you opened the message)?

I have a user that let there battery die and the device was off for 2 days. He is telling me that after he charged it and fired it back up that it started to pull down new mail that was current of that day but it did not pull down any mail during the time that it was dead.
