From what I gave gathered about extended warranties, I would stay w/ a dealership warranty. The rash of "extended warranty" companies flooding the market are a Consumer Alert, big time.

Wish you would have asked how to remove first, but never mind, if you have relocated it as you say all will be fine,put it all back together, if it hasn't relocated correctly you will soon know and have to remove the intake manifold to do it properly, make sure when you put the new pump on you relocate the front ones correctly.....fingers crossed

i purchased the tool to get the cd magazine out that was stuck and there's a cd stuck inside. so guess i might as well look for another player cuz it won t budge. wheres the best place to get a replacement.

Get a quote from whom ever its under warranty with at the moment, there are plenty of sites on google to compare with.....

I have a 1990 735 il and had the same problem pull the brake light bulb and socket out(1/4 turn about) inspect the two contacts on the socket and see if they are both there and whether or not they are bent back. Afther that inspect the hole where the socket came out of and see if they are both there and whether or not they are corroded(leaky trunk possible?) After that if it still doest work ...
