To those of you who care, and don't follow the thread in bimmerforums, the design is complete. Still working out a few bugs with lighting, but here she is... My gauge cluster lens is scratched up, so it makes it look a bit fuzzy in the photo. But it sure does look pretty IMHO. Mostly because I designed it.

I would say its your battery 99%, as for where the amp is I will get back to you on that, but it could also be battery related. As in the cold if the battery is old it will drain out overnight.

Hi, my RHS tail light would go off unexpectedly, and then come on later. It was suggested that the mustard coloured relay in the fuse box is the problem. I followed the given instructions, re-soldered the lugs on the back of the resistors and so far no more problems. the link for the info is E32 Soldering fixes - LKM & Mustard Relay All the best Richard

Im not sure if you have a drain plug or not on your model, easy way have a look underneath, it looks like a bolt. If you havent.....undo the fuel line up front in the engine bay or after the fuel filter and direct wire the fuel pump and it will pump out.

I would go with the Black one, only because I'm not into the Reds. I think you've got some good prices there, I would definitely test drive before I committed.
