No, you're not a bicyclist anymore. I'll gladly spare you the embarrassment and agree to take all of your bikes free of charge. Trust me, it's for the best. You can keep your shorts though.

Cool bike, what is going on with what appears to be an axle adjuster on the rear hub? Seems to be pulling the hub forward, not holding it back.

They work fine, but the axle nuts were lost in transport, so the wheel is actually just sitting there being held in place by the fender and rack braces, till the last owner delivers the axle nuts anyways.

Depends on your nationality; Italy's the easiest, just for fun a family member tried and they got it wrong, all the while we knew, still having plenty of cousins back there.
