I only read Portuguese by going through French, Spanish, and Italian, but I believe it says he'll arrive at the club on 17 November when he turns 18. He'll play with the youth team initially but will be considered for the first team. Scouts liked what they saw at the U-20 World Cup.

I went to the Linc (in Philly) for its inagural sporting event-- Manchester United v. Barca, 3 August 2003. Barca was, of course, starting their prized off-season acquisition-- some Brazilian midfielder who looks like Jar-Jar Binks.
