The NT will play an exhibition against U. of Miami Hurricanes today. http://hurricanesports.cstv.com/spor...110909aaa.html It's a small point but Pellerud seemed resistant to playing U.S. college teams. This left them scrimmaging against boys teams all the time and it was often difficult to find a team that wasn't a mismatch. On a sidenote, university teams missing NT players fared poorly on the weekend. CIS teams in conference...

I agree. Why rush into these type of cash-burners. Unless FIFAs willing to pay the clubs. A lot. Even some of the clubs in the CL are struggling with the finances required for the new format, so why put more on them? Unless this is of course FIFA's actual plan, to break the back of a growing global women's football... Sepp Blatter is a tricky one. @import...

quick, Bonnie, call the airline! Tell them that you have been visiting long-lost relatives and Norway, and unfortunately Mormor Solveig just died, and they're having the funeral Saturday, and couldn't you please get bereavement rates to stay two more days?? They might be suspicious, and say "but you flew from Atlanta"just tell them you had a commuter flight first from Duluth or something. @import...

Round Five results, in the order that I remember them:
Hammarby 0-1 Sunnanå
Kristianstad 2-7 LdB
Umeå 5-1 Kopparbergs/Göteborg
Stattena 0-2 KIF Örebro
Piteå 0-4 Linköping
Djurgården 2-3 AIK
It turns out that there's not a single pretend-objective comment I can think to make. Except that I should apparently only bet on teams I don't know very well. And I think all teams in ...
