Originally posted by Mibz Have any experience to back this up? In every case I've seen, damage caused by avoiding another car is your own fault. She still hit him meaning that his avoidance can be proven to be necessary but was inadequate to avoid contact. I gave you experience to back that up in the very same post you quoted. Beyond that he was still hit, therefore it is inarguable that she caused the damage to his vehicle.

Again, I am not going to argue which martial art is better, however, I do know that the police in Japan are taught aikido to protect themselves and handle prisoners. Aikido itself is only a nice gentle cover over the much more vicious daito ryu. Look up daito ryu and get back to me of effectiveness, because that is the joint manipulation martial art developed through centuries of warfare by the samurai. It is not gentle, it is not peaceful....

Whats the point of having insurance if your car gets stolen and your insurance refuses to pay. Thats the point of insurance is to have some sort of peace of mind. Would like to see them try that on a much more expensive car and see what kind of legal fight they'd be getting themselves into with someone who would have the cash for lawyers.

But give this a read and tell me what your thoughts are. These are the guys responsible for the HadCRUT3 database....

The part I was specifically referring to: Originally posted by blueToy Of course nearer Edmonton Trail , on the north side of the road you have a very large multi family building . Again , you don't want traffic zipping by at 70 some forty twenty feet from where little Johnny is playing his Xbox . Yes, the north side where there's a wall, and gated entrances. Reduced to 60 MAYBE, but 50 is not necessary. What you posted: Originally...

They can ask anything they want. The owner of the house could say no, and they cannot enter without a warrant.
Now... if they could obtain a warrant based on the complaint, I'm not sure...

An experiment in multiculturalism that has not gone well. 70% of their immigrants are unemployed.
It's like that here in a lot of ways sans-violence. If you're caught scrutinizing any type of foreign relgious practice, people like Antonito, are ready to drop the intolerance adjectives on you.

Worst I think is the light on 1st sw and 7th ave by the train, seriously have to wait like 3 minutes for the light to change. I bike by there every single day, and it just sits green for the trains 3-4 minutes at a time, stupid.

Round 'em all up, take them to a big field, and let them have at each other. Last one standing gets taken out by police snipers.
