^^^ Use the 5/3/1 formula to calculate 1RM. Weights X reps X .0333 + Weights=1RM Personally I'm scared to test the 1RM, don't want to hurt myself haha

Got my appointment moved up to wenesday the 23rd at lasik md, have sugery scheduled for jan 5th, geting prk done because my corneas or too thin, cost is 3000. Very good and professional place, id recommend this place to anyone wanting laser eye surgery.

Protein goes directly to rebuilding the muscles that you have torn during your workout. It is definitely a useful, and in my opinion vital, recovery agent. I personally love Jay Robb's egg white protein. http://www.jayrobb.com/jayRobbProtein.asp

From a mass gaining perspective, both incline and decline bench put you in a less stable position than the flat bench. Flat bench will always trump in that regard.
