lol you can't use more then one opponent vehicle which sucks, the only crash I was in when I was a kid and my mom was driving was when we got slammed by a huge dodge and pushed into the back of some beater truck. Then about 15 minutes later some rubber necker slammed into the back of anther rubber necker in traffic.

I recognized that engine bay in a second... seeing as I've had two of the cars now. Ugh, this makes me sad! Dang. I feel bad for letting it go 12k, not 8. lmao.

so your saying if you brought your car in for an oil change, and come after few hours to pick it up and found someone smashed your car you would be fine with it? would you be like, oh its ok i'll just work with my insurance, thanx and leave?? i doubt it, you would be pissed and would demand they fix it. Im saying its easy for you to say they are not responsible, but if you were in my case you would feel differently.. i just dont see how...

I think you're better off changing soon rather than waiting till your car says 15%. I personally would change before 8000 or when it hits 15%...whichever comes first. Although a lot of people do change around the 5k mark, I'm sure you'd be fine following the recommended scheduling.

slipping the clutch is riding the clutch.. And you gotta do what ya gotta do.. Just may have to get a new one sooner. Higher end clutches like twin discs don't like being slipped.

You're a new driver. Don't dispute it - if you do, she may just go thru insurance to fuck you over. My recommendation - pay the cash and get in writing that she will waive all rights to pursue any further action against you.
