W202 C180 Fuel Sensor is wrong???

I believe there are two sensors in the gas tank. The lower one may just be dirty and need cleaning. It takes many hours to do the work.

This may sound odd but it took one of my 3 smart keys several months to remedy itself of what you are describing. Do all the keys do the same thing? It started with a weak battery.

Problrm with Keyless entry?

I have the same problem. I think it is a low (car) battery indicator. Coz I put in a brand new battery and the lights went back to normal (only red flasshing on lock and only green flashing when unlocking). My car has a current drain problem. Check out your car battery.

Key & alarm question: - Page...

In Europe it is hard to meet the 'your type' of key with alarm which is not an accessory. Opening car using IR (green light spring up) is authorization for FBS2 module, which is just immobilizer connected by CAN-bus with PMS or HFM (ECU). If FBS2 receive required signal from key, it will open valve near fuel pump and let to run an engine. Otherwise (eg. car opened by lock in passenger door) it will close the valve and there will be...

Cant say about the sport pack effecting handling, but im sure there would be less body roll.
As for the power increase, the extra 40 odd horsepower would definately be felt, although ive never driven a c230K, there is to much of a power difference to go unnoticeable.
C220 = 148HP, C230k approximately 190?
Atleast you will have more torque!

Hi,
This Mystery Coolant Leak is exactly what I have on my C240. I will explain in detail. I have almost given up on finding it.
But first: Are you sure that your rough idle and coolant loss are related? I also had rough idle and coolant loss and took it to 3 mechanics. 2 told me I had blown a head gasket, and 1 said it was something else.
The rough idling was caused by an ...

I've never had mine above 180 km/h but it had plenty left at that point. I could see it getting up to 220 km/h with enough space and no wind. I think 240 km/h would be a stretch.

It is normal for the green light to flash when you unlock the door, and the red one to flash when you lock it. It is not normal for the engine not to start if you open the lock manually. I would say that the spare key is the "normal" one.

I just posted something similar to your problem, where both lights flashing when locking and unlocking the doors. I figure that the sparekey makes both lights flash and the main key only flashes green for open and red for locking the door. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w202...-question.h tml
But, can you open and close your driversdoor with the keyblade - and start the engine without ...

Hummm... Wouldn't hubcentric rings make the center bore smaller? I've never
used them but common sense would say you can't grow the center of the wheel
from 57mm to 66mm by adding a ring inside. I've seen stock MB wheels on
VW/Audi cars but never the opposite.
